The estate's iconic vintage is bursting with the sparkle of Syrah, the fruitiness of Grenache, with Mourvèdre as the seasoning to it all.
Grapes: 85% Syrah, 13% Grenache, 3% Mourvedre.
Rendement : 35-40 hl/ha (on average).
Method: Total destemming, traditional method, punching down in stainless steel vats with temperature control.
Aging: 12 months in Bordeaux barrels (225 litres).
