Lou Rosat

We want to express with this rosé all the sensations perceived during a walk in a Mediterranean garden. Citrus fruits, summer fruits, flowers and the freshness of the sea wind fall into its composition.

Technical data:

Grapes: Syrah, Grenache, Carignan, Cinsault.

Rendement : 50 hl/ha.

Method: Direct pressing and selection of juices, fermentation and aging in thermoregulated stainless steel vats.

Tasting notes:

Salmon-coloured robe with blue reflections. Powerful nose dominated by citrus, peach, strawberry and white flowers. Very nice balance in the mouth where a touch of acidity brings the freshness that counterbalances its lively side.
