Lou Mazet

We wanted to express the Merlot and Cabernet grapes in a more Mediterranean way. In our climate these varieties come out very different.

Technical data:

Grapes: 50% Merlot, 50% Cabernet- Sauvignon.

Rendement : 55Hl/Ha.

Method: After destemming the grape varieties are vinified separately and macerate for 3 to 5 weeks with temperature control.

Aging: at least 6 months in stainless steel vats.
