To create our vintages, we select the best plots, on slopes with a good aspect, from our estate each year. This enables us to harvest the grapes when they are optimally ripe.

Yield : 39 hl/ha

Ageing : Fermentation and ageing on lees for 12 months in barrels (1/3 new, 1/3 wine 1 and 1/3 wine 2)

Tasting comments :

Visual examination : yellow straw colour with gold tints, a very clear and brilliant wine

Nose : notes of dried fruit, almond and hazlenut dominate the first aroma, which also has a very delicate and well-blended toasted woodiness. Afterwards come notes of white flowers and butter. A very delicate and complex nose

In the mouth : the bite is supple, with a light acidity which enlivens the whole bouquet. The taste is full and well-constructed, without inelegant notes, and offers remarkable length. The notes on the palate are of butter-pear and dried fruits

Grape variety : 100% Chardonnay

Vinification : after direct pressing with selection of juices, cold settling and fermentation in vats at a controlled temperature

Ageing : 1 month, in vats, on lees

Tasting comments :

Visual examination : pale yellow colour with green tints, quite brilliant

Nose : delicate and complex, dominated by notes of citrus fruit (lemons, grapefruit), exotic fruits (mangos), white flowers and dried fruit (almonds)

In the mouth : a wine with an excellent acidic balance, very crisp, fleshy and smooth. On the palette, the dominant characteristic is citrus and exotic fruits

Grape varieties : 50% Cabernet-Sauvignon, 50% Merlot

Yield : 55 hl/ha on average

Vinification : after destemming, 3 to 4 weeks in vats, depending on the grapes

Ageing : 12 months in oak barrels (from Bordeaux, 225 litres)

Tasting comments :

Visual examination : garnet colour with mauve hues

Nose : the first aroma offers red berries and spices, followed by delicately woody and toasted notes. The terminal notes are of spices and vanilla. A very complex and rich nose

In the mouth : a powerful wine with evident but silky tannins. A well-balanced taste with very good length. The notes on the palate are of red berries and vanilla-scented wood

Grape varieties : 50% Grenache, 35% Mourvedre, 15% Syrah

Yield : 45 hl/ha on average

Vinification : after destemming, 3 to 4 weeks in vats, depending on the grapes

Ageing : 12 months in stainless steel vats

Tasting comments :

Visual examination : a beautiful ruby colour with purple hues

Nose : the first aroma has notes of ripe red berries, typical of Grenache, followed by spice and ending on a note of toasted bread

In the mouth : a well-balanced wine, with evident but supple tannins; on the palette, the dominant characteristic is red berries

Grape varieties : 85% Cinsault, 15% Carignan

Yield : 60 hl/ha on average

Vinification : after direct pressing, cold settling and fermentation at a controlled temperature

Ageing : 3 months in stainless steel vats

Tasting comments :

Visual examination : a beautiful salmon pink colour with blue tints

Nose : powerful, dominated by banana and exotic fruits, followed by notes of fresh red berries (strawberries) and peach

In the mouth : a well-balanced and and well-rounded wine, with a light acidity providing crispness

Yield : 45 hl/ha on average

Vinification : after destemming, 3 to 4 weeks in vats, depending on the grapes

Visual examination : a beautiful crimson colour with purple hues

Nose : following a first aroma of spices and red berries, vanilla-scented, woody notes appear. The nose is very fine and complex and has great intensity

In the mouth : a powerful wine with evident but silky tannins. A well-balanced taste with very good length. The notes on the palate are of red berries and spices
